My name is John Galvan and my studio is located in Denver, Colorado. Born and raised in Nebraska, I moved to Denver in the 60s where I met and studied under artist Ramon Kelley. The experience opened the world of art to me. The likes of Sargent, Sarolla, Fechin, Schmidt and others inspired me to enter the art world. I paint in pastels, oils, charcoal and some acrylic.
